Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Roving Salvatory Technologies Private Limited (operating as Charger on Wheels (COW)), we strive to ensure a transparent and customer-friendly subscription model. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all subscription plans purchased through the Charger on Wheels app.
1. Cancellation Rights
- You may request subscription cancellation through the app or by contacting customer support. Requests are reviewed and processed as per this policy.
- A cancellation request in the app is available when your subscription is within 30 days of the plan start date. How many charge sessions you have used does not affect this right to cancel during that period. You must also have no active booking (no live or upcoming scheduled charging session that is not completed or cancelled).
- If you do not meet these conditions, please contact support to discuss your case.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are not calculated on a time-based pro-rata basis. The estimated refund follows the formula in Section 3, using the actual subscription purchase transaction and your charge-session usage.
- For all subscription plans, a fixed amount of ₹999 is deducted for each charging session used before the final refund is determined.
3. Refund Calculation
“Transaction Amount Paid” is the gross amount from your subscription purchase transaction. GST and payment gateway/processing charges (including payment-partner fees) are subtracted from that amount to arrive at the refundable base, before the per-session deduction.

Figures shown in the app are estimates based on transaction data; the final amount may be confirmed at processing.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation is approved.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer, where possible.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- GST and payment gateway or processing charges are not refunded as separate line items; they reduce the gross transaction amount before the per-session deduction, as shown in Section 3.
- If the combined deductions (GST, gateway charges, and session deductions) equal or exceed the refundable base, no refund is due. No additional charges apply beyond what you already paid for the subscription.
6. Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on our website and app with the effective date.
