Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Charger on Wheels (COW) mobile application (the “App”) and related electric-vehicle charging services (the “Services”) operated by Roving Salvatory Technologies Private Limited(“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Charger on Wheels provides doorstep and society-based electric vehicle charging services as described in the App and on our official channels. Service availability depends on your location, area coverage, and scheduling. Where your location falls outside a currently serviceable area, we may add you to a waitlist and activate your service when coverage expands to your area.

2. Accounts & Authentication

You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up and keep it up to date. Access is secured using phone-number verification (OTP) and other measures we may enable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account after OTP verification, and for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your device.

3. Bookings, Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions and charging sessions are offered under the plans described in the App, including pay-per-charge and recurring subscription plans.
• Payments for subscriptions or sessions are processed by trusted third-party payment partners; you agree to their applicable terms when making a payment.
• Bookings, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Service is delivered in the area associated with your default service address; changing your address may affect availability and the operator who services you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with charging operations or equipment, attempt to access non-public systems, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for safety reasons.

5. Service Safety

Electric vehicle charging must be carried out in line with safety guidance provided by us and your vehicle manufacturer. You agree to provide safe and lawful access to your vehicle and charging location for our service personnel.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be available within the App and at this URL, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
